This is Quincy / Peritonsillar abscess.
Notice: (as the labels will show)
-the left tonsil is enlarged as compared to right.
-uvula is deviated to the right.
-a reddish area on the soft palate (abscess)
-this is seen in patient who usually have reccurent throat infections.
