This is Karposi sarcoma (spot diagnosis-can't miss this)
Notice:
-a well elevated, round, purplish nodule just behind the right upper molar tooth.
-if you see this, think of retroviral infections (e.g. HIV)
-the dental fills are normally seen in most people
